These giant salmon nigiri and belly slices are sold in Taiwan’s San Wei Shi Tang Restaurant — 三味食堂 in Chinese.

And the best part? You won’t have to burn multiple holes in your pocket just to enjoy an epic meal.

We gather the reason why this restaurant has escaped the mainstream radar is because it’s a neighbourhood joint, located not too far away from the main shopping precinct Xi Men Ding.

Part of the restaurant’s extensive selection of Japanese cuisines is their famous salmon sashimi.

Despite these sashimi slices being unusually big, they are sold for less than S$5 each.
