Traffic marshal spotted guiding vehicles like orchestra conductor

Recently, a netizen came across a unique sight at a traffic junction in Singapore while waiting for the green light.

A traffic marshal who was deployed to direct vehicles at Lower Delta flyover was doing his job with some extra flair.

The passing motorist shared footage of the entertaining sight on 25 Aug via TikTok.

Traffic control officer ‘conducts’ and ‘dances’

In the footage, the traffic marshal points and gestures as though he was dancing.

He bends forward and points rhythmically, occasionally flicking the stick in his right hand.

Rather than gesturing the usual straight-forward signals, the marshal looks like he is ‘conducting’ the traffic.
