Merdeka Generation Package introduced in NDR 2018
PM Lee Hsien Loong announced the package to help fellow Singaporeans in their 60s with healthcare expenses at last year’s National Day Rally (NDR).
FYI, Merdeka means “freedom” in Malay.
Benefits will include:
- Outpatient subsidies
- Medisave top-ups
- MediShield Life premium subsidies
- Payouts for long-term care.
Keep a look out for notifications on your top-up arrivals. We hope you’ll be able to spend them wisely.
