Auntie Anne’s Outlets In Singapore Are Now Halal-Certified

There is nothing quite like the aroma of freshly baked goods. Thankfully, Auntie Anne’s pretzels will no longer be a coveted yet unattainable snack for our Muslim friends.

On Wednesday (1 Dec), the pretzel brand announced that all of their outlets in Singapore are now halal-certified.

In a statement, they also shared that it was challenging to obtain the certification during the pandemic but is happy to finally serve their Muslim customers.

There are currently 8 Auntie Anne’s outlets in Singapore.

Applied for halal certification during the pandemic

According to a Facebook post by HalalHub Consultants Pte Ltd on Wednesday (1 Dec), all 8 Auntie Anne’s outlets in Singapore are halal-certified.

The consultancy shared that the halal certification application was particularly challenging due to the pandemic.

However, with the cooperation of all parties involved, the application was a resounding success.

Currently, there are 8 Auntie Anne’s outlets throughout Singapore:

  • AMK Hub
  • NEX
  • Northpoint
  • Paya Lebar Quarters
  • Parkway Parade
  • Plaza Singapura
  • VivoCity
  • Jewel

All their pretzels are made from scratch and freshly baked daily, producing a mouthwatering aroma at many a mall in Singapore.
