A pair of dogs was spotted taking an unusual ride along a Jurong West pavement, travelling together in what appeared to be a motorised toy car.

The unexpected sight was shared on TikTok by @chikirider on Sunday (6 Sept), describing it as the “cutest Sunday morning”.
In the video, the dogs could be seen sitting together in a small red motorised toy car as it moved along the pavement.
What made it even more amusing was that there did not appear to be an owner or handler walking alongside the dogs.

The dogs appeared relatively calm as the toy car moved steadily, with a couple of Singapore flags and an umbrella adorning it.
At one point, a Jurong West road sign also came into frame, giving viewers a clue on the dogs’ location.
Two motorcyclists coming to a stop at a nearby traffic light also appeared to be amused by the two dogs cruising along in their toy car.

The short clip quickly caught the attention of netizens, intrigued by the sight of two dogs apparently navigating the pavement in their own little vehicle.
A netizen jokingly reported the two dogs in the toy car to the police.

OP thought they were children at first
Dennis, 42, told MS News that he spotted the amusing sight just outside Jurong Point at about 8.30am on 6 Sept.
“I was waiting for my delivery order after finishing my full-time night shift when I looked across the road and saw the red toy Jeep,” said the security officer and part-time delivery rider.
At first, he thought the toy car was being driven by young children. Upon closer inspection, he realised the passengers were two Yorkshire Terriers, with their owner walking closely behind.
Dennis said that they were moving at a very slow pace, stopping every few steps whenever they encountered pedestrians.
“I found the scene rather amusing because you don’t usually get to see such a cute sight. It really made my day,” he said.
