Sentosa Offers Islander Members Free Cable Car Rides From Now Till 31 Oct
After being grounded for two years, Singaporeans often say they’ve nothing exciting to do over the weekend. Either that or they feel a bit sian doing the same ol’ activities every week.
If you’re looking to take things to new heights, you would be happy to know that Sentosa has free cable car rides on the Sentosa Line from now till 31 Oct.

This promotion is available to all Islander members. Membership is free for all Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs).
Free cable car rides on Sentosa Line
Sentosa Islander members can redeem a free cable car ride from now till 31 Oct. This perk is part of Sentosa’s Golden Jubilee celebration for Singaporeans.
The free ride is limited to the Sentosa Line, which runs seamlessly through the island from Imbiah Lookout Station to Siloso Point Station and Merlion Station.
To those who rarely visit the famous island down south, it’s an exciting way to get a bird’s eye view of Sentosa’s pristine beaches while snapping pictures of the surrounding landscape.
Islanders can also top up S$15 to upgrade the ticket to a Singapore Cable Sky Pass round trip, which includes both the Sentosa Line and Mount Faber Line.
Sign up as an Islander member for free
Best of all, signing up for a Sentosa Islander membership is free.
But to qualify for the promotion, you must verify your Singapore citizenship or PR status via Singpass.
Following that, you’ll need to login into your account and present the Islander member QR code at any Singapore Cable Car Ticketing Counters to redeem the free ticket.
Do note that the free ticket is only available for same-day usage upon redemption.
