HomeTeamNS is thanking the wives and mothers of Singapore Police Force (SPF) and Singapore Civil and Defence Force (SCDF) NSmen for their support and understanding when he is serving the nation with their new “Everyday (Her)oes” initiative.
The initiative, announced by Minister Josephine Teo on Sunday (12 May), will give every mother and wife of NSmen a free 2-year HomeTeamNS membership along with additional perks.
1-for-1 Cathay movie tickets
Many NSmen are already working adults. As such, they don’t have much time to spare during the weekdays.
Thankfully, being a HomeTeamNS member qualifies you for a 1-for-1 movie ticket deal at Cathay Cineplex on weekends.
The tickets are capped at 50 pairs a day and you can only redeem 1 deal so make sure you’re early.
The page also shows that you can get a $5 deal for a drink and popcorn and member-exclusive movie screenings on selected Fridays. Just this deal alone would make the membership worth it.
$1 LiHo Earl Grey Milk Tea
Combine the health benefits of Earl Grey and everyone’s favourite milk tea and you’ll get LiHo’s Earl Grey Milk Tea.
LiHo partnered with HomeTeamNS to give the first 2,500 people $1 Earl Grey Milk Tea with pearls.
All you need to do is present your membership card when ordering and you’ll have a chance to purchase it.

Need your daily coffee or tea fix?
Ya Kun has partnered with HomeTeamNS to give you coffee or tea at only $0.50. All you need to do is download the Ya Kun Cherish app and use the code – HOMETEAMNSCOFFEE – to redeem the offer.
This code is only available for the first 800 people and when you link a DBS/POSB debit or credit card so make sure you do so early.

2 free Laser Quest entries
Want to experience an adrenaline rush? Head to the clubhouse in Bukit Batok or Tampines for 2 free passes for Laser Tag.
If you didn’t already know, Laser Quest is a game where players battle it out by firing lasers at opposing players in a dimly-lit indoor arena to score points. It’s basically paintball without the pain making it an overall more enjoyable experience.
It may be so fun that you just might stay for a couple more rounds.
1-hour for 1-hour Karaoke
One of the most popular Singaporean pastimes is singing karaoke.
If you are a HomeTeamNS member, you’ll be able to sing your hearts out at Sembawang’s clubhouse with their 1-hour for 1-hour deal.
Prices are currently $10/hr (Mon-Thurs) and $14/hr (Fri-Suns).
So you’re essentially paying $5/hr or $7/hr for a room that can accommodate 4 to 6 people. This is truly a deal that you cannot afford to miss.
