No foul play suspected after man dies at Jurong Port Road worksite
A 35-year-old man died on Friday (11 Sept) night after being involved in a work-related incident at a construction site along Jurong Port Road.
No foul play is suspected, said the Singapore Police Force (SPF) in response to queries from MS News.

Man died at 37 Jurong Port Road worksite: SPF
SPF said it was alerted to the fatal incident at about 8.25pm on Friday.
It took place at a worksite at 37 Jurong Port Road — the address of the administration building of Jurong Port Pte Ltd.

The company operates Jurong Port, Singapore’s only multi-purpose port, as well as Marina South Wharves, Penjuru Lighter Terminal and two offshore marine centres in Tuas South.

Man pronounced dead by SCDF at Jurong Port Road
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), which received a call for assistance at the same time, also told MS News that it was from 37 Jurong Port Road.
When they arrived, the man was pronounced dead at the scene by an SCDF paramedic.
Police investigations are ongoing.

Workers died on 3 Aug at another Jurong Port Road worksite
The fatal incident comes more than a month after a previous work-related accident at another worksite along Jurong Port Road.
In that incident, a 23-year-old worker died on 3 Aug after scaffolding fell on the lorry he was driving at 30 Jurong Port Road.
He had been trapped in his seat and extricated using hydraulic rescue equipment, but was pronounced dead at the scene.
His employer was Keehans Pte. Ltd, and the site’s occupier is HPC Builders Pte. Ltd, said MOM.
