In a news release on Friday, CNB said an islandwide anti-drug operation was conducted from 24 to 29 Nov.
Some of the areas involved included Bukit Batok, Hougang, Marsiling, Queenstown, and Yishun.
One of the raids took place on Friday morning when officers raided a residential unit in the central region of Singapore.

CNB officers well-trained for such situations: Deputy Director
Deputy Director (Operations) of CNB’s Intelligence Division Chang Gim Fook said the 29 Nov operation is “an example of the dangers that CNB officers face every day”.
As the suspect was holding a knife it was assessed that he could pose a danger to himself and the officers, added the Deputy Assistant Commissioner, stating:
Drug traffickers may be armed, increasing the risk to our officers. But this will not deter us.
He assured that CNB officers are well-trained to handle such situations. In this case, they managed to subdue the suspect safely and effectively before anyone got hurt.
Investigations are ongoing into all the arrested suspects.
