Salted Caramel Desserts Now Available In McDonald’s Malaysia
McDonald’s Malaysia has been pretty busy shaking up its desserts menu recently.
Remember the durian and matcha McFlurry? They were also rolled out in Malaysia first.
They’ve taken it up a notch by officially launching its new salted caramel desserts series yesterday (1 Oct).
Alongside that, Singapore dollar has just strengthened against the Malaysia Ringgit, bringing it back firmly in the $1 to RM3 exchange rate.
Now’s the perfect chance to take our food-hunting journey across the borders.
Salted Caramel & Chocolate Pie
As the name suggests, it comes in 2 mouth-watering flavours – salted caramel and molten chocolate – combined in a single pie.
Its sweet, piping hot filling wrapped in a crisp, savoury crust sounds exactly like a dream come true for dessert lovers.
And that’s not all that McDonald’s has to offer — they are going all out with salted caramel-themed ice cream as well.

For those born with a sweet-tooth, you’ll probably love their Salted Caramel McFlurry and Salted Caramel Sundae too.
Imagine swirls of salted caramel in creamy soft serve, topped with crispy cone bits for the perfect balance of sweet and salty — a crowd-pleasing combination indeed.
They even released a Salted Caramel McFlurry Party which pairs a bigger serving of velvety vanilla ice cream with double the salted caramel sauce and chocolate bits.
