31-year-old female motorcyclist assisting investigations after accident along Upper Bukit Timah Road
A 31-year-old female motorcyclist was sent to the hospital on Thursday (3 Sept) after being involved in an accident with a car along Upper Bukit Timah Road.
Footage of the accident posted by ROADS.sg on Facebook showed the motorcyclist and her bike falling onto the road.

Motorcyclist falls off bike along Upper Bukit Timah Road
In the clip, which had a timestamp of 8.43am on 3 Sept, the point of impact is not seen but the motorcyclist travelling in the centre lane is seen falling to the right as a red car drove past her in the far-right lane.

She then fell off her motorbike and onto the road, rolling for a few metres before coming to a stop.

Her motorbike was propelled across the far-left slip road before it stopped inside a yellow box. Her slipper was strewn across the road.

Motorcyclist lies motionless along Upper Bukit Timah Road
The motorcyclist lay in the middle of road, motionless, for several seconds while the red car left and did not stop.
Other motorists, including the camcar, slowly avoided her.
The video ended as another motorcyclist stopped by the kerb, possibly to render assistance.

Motorcyclist sent to TTSH in a conscious state
In response to queries from MS News, the Singapore Police Force (SPF) said it was alerted to the accident at about 8.45am on 3 Sept.
It took place along Upper Bukit Timah Road in the direction of Clementi Road, and involved a motorcycle and a car.
A 31-year-old female motorcyclist was sent to the hospital in a conscious state.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), which was alerted at the same time, told MS News that she was conveyed to Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH).
She is also assisting with police investigations, which are ongoing.
