Paradigm Mall JB’s Cat Meow Event Is Happening Till 30 Jun
The June holidays have arrived and the kids are buzzing at your feet for a holiday.
If you’re thinking of going somewhere close by, you can consider heading down to Paradigm Mall in Johor Bahru for the Cat Meow Event, which will be on from now till 30 Jun.
Children can play to their hearts’ content at a giant ball pit housed in a cat-shaped inflatable ball pit, and stand a chance to win adorable feline plushies.
A massive cat-shaped inflatable playground
Paradigm Mall JB will play host to the Biggest Inflatable Playground in the Malaysia Book of Records, the Cat Meow Playground.
The bouncy feline structure spans about 4 shophouses in length and stands – or lies, rather – 2 storeys tall.
There’s nothing like watching your child clamber from one end to the other of the giant ball pit with a wide grin on his or her face.
There are 2 ways to redeem tickets to the playground*:
- Spend at least RM50 (S$16.40) at any fashion apparel outlet in Paradigm Mall
- Spend at least RM100 (S$32.80) at any outlet in Paradigm Mall
*Spending must be in a single receipt and redeemed on the same day.
Playground treasure hunt for both parent and child
The playground isn’t just for diving, hopping and skedaddling.
Parents can choose to participate in the Meow Meow’s Footprint Hunt with their child. The pair will rummage through the giant ball pit in search of the elusive ‘Footprints’.
The winning team gets to walk away with a set of vouchers worth RM100 (S$32.80) — more than enough for an ice-cream treat.
The treasure hunts will be limited to 21-23 and 28-30 Jun. There will be 3 30-minute sessions each day — 2pm, 4pm and 6.30pm.
Interested participants can register for the hunt here. However, do be quick as only a maximum of 10 families are allowed per session.
Carnival games with a chance to win plushies
No carnival is complete without game booths. At the event, there’ll be 4 booths for your children to play at, with each game costing RM5 (about S$1.65):
- DIY Selected Cup
- Ring Toss
- Basketball
- Shooting
Show off your skills at the booths and you might just be able to walk away with an adorable Meow Meow plushie as a keepsake.
Your child will also have a chance to meet the Meow Meow mascot on 22, 23, 29 and 30 Jun.
A day of fun at JB’s largest mall
The Cat Meow Event, being conveniently located in the largest mall in Johor, will be a great place for your children to let loose and unwind while you take turns with your partner to go shopping.
Your shopping trips will also be more convenient now that Singaporeans can use NETS ATM cards for payment at the mall.
