Witness informs town council about the incident
The OP, Rose Marry, 25, told MS News that she witnessed the incident on 5 Sept at around 6pm.
The Human Resource executive felt that it was very unsafe for the man to be standing on the ledge outside his flat.
She also wondered if this was allowed, and whether the plants on the ledge would affect other neighbours.
“I already informed the town council about this, and they said that they would take action,” Ms Marry said.
MS News has also reached out to the Marsiling-Yew Tee Town Council for comment.
