A woman posted footage of Liverpool defender Andrew Robertson urging fans to stop pushing as they jostled to get his autograph.

He received praise for his actions online, with many pointing out that such behaviour could be dangerous in a packed stadium.

Taking to TikTok, user @fyqaaharsh posted a video of the incident that occurred at the Singapore National Stadium.

The footage started by showing Robertson with a visibly irritated expression as he signed fans’ jerseys.

He then told them to “stop f**king pushing”, after which a man in the background audibly reprimanded others for jostling around. Apparently, there were children in the crowd, and the player was likely concerned for their safety.

Gesturing to those in front, Robertson continued to urge them to be careful and refrain from pushing.

Fortunately, he seemed to have largely kept his calm amid the chaos to attend to most fans.

In a follow-up video, the OP revealed that she had successfully received a signed jersey from him.

Since it was posted on TikTok, the video has gone viral, with over 1 million views. Many users praised Robertson for his reaction to the situation.

A few of them said he had earned their respect for telling fans to stay calm and stop shoving each other.
