People allegedly photographing fireworks from top of bus stop shelter in Singapore
Several people were spotted standing on top of a bus stop shelter in Singapore, allegedly doing so to take “pictures of fireworks”.

A photo of the incident was shared on the Complaint Singapore Facebook group on Monday (10 Aug).
The photo showed three people on the roof of what appeared to be a bus stop shelter.
One person could be seen standing alone, while another lifted a friend above their head.

The image was posted with a short caption by the Original Poster (OP): “Careful ah”, highlighting the potential danger posed by the behaviour.
Besides those on the roof, several other people were also seen standing around at the bus stop, with a bicycle parked nearby.
Netizens condemn risky behaviour
The post has since drawn attention online, with some netizens condemning the dangerous behaviour.
A netizen asked if they were taking “pictures of fireworks” as the timing coincided with the National Day Parade.

A Facebook user also highlighted the dangers of standing on the roof as it wasn’t designed for doing so.
They noted that danger extends beyond those on top of the bus stop shelter, as bystanders below also risk potentially getting hurt.

Another netizen opted to take the lighter side of proceedings and joked that it was actually Spiderman on the roof of the bus stop.
