After 35 years of selling wines and spirits at Changi Airport, duty-free giant DFS is officially moving out on 8 Jun.
To commemorate their journey, they are having a sale on iShopChangiWines this month, even on their exclusive bottles from the Prestige collection.
According to iShopChangi, the collection features an “unparalleled selection” of over 14 rare and limited wines and spirits “from the world’s most prestigious houses.”

Avid wine lovers may enjoy discounts of up to 70% on classic favourites and newly added ones. Here’s a look at some of the deals available on their homepage.
If you are more of a beer person, you’ll be happy to know that till end May, you can buy beers in cartons from brands like Carlsberg, Somersby, Suntory and Tiger, as well as craft beers.
For the first time, you don’t have to travel to enjoy tax and duty-absorbed purchases. These social prices are available to you in the comfort of your homes.
DFS flash sale from 16 May onwards
As an added treat, DFS will also be holding daily flash deals from 16-22 May.

Customers can look forward to even more attractive deals at 9pm daily, featuring products like Chichibu whiskey and Chateau Villa Bel Air Red.
Free shipping for orders above $150
Customers only need to spend $150 to enjoy free delivery services instead of the usual $250 should they make their purchase between 16-22 May.
The delivery is promised to be made within 5-7 days after payment, due to the Covid-19 situation.

After spending a grand 35 years serving travellers, Changi Airport visitors who stroll pass these shops on the way to their boarding gate will miss the familiar sight of DFS’s duty-free wines and spirits.
We’ll never know when we can travel again. But one thing’s for sure, Changi Airport would look vastly different after DFS moves out.
