Delivery driver in Singapore alleges teacher yelled about wrong order, says he was suspended for three days
A delivery driver alleged that a tutor yelled at him for delivering the wrong order. The driver said that this resulted in him being suspended for three days.
The driver said that although he attempted to explain his side, the teacher continued to raise his voice while recording a video of the driver.
In an exclusive with MS News, the Original Poster (OP) shared his unfortunate experience.
He said that although he has faced tough customers in the past, the customer’s attitude was one of the “worst” he has seen.

Went back to McDonald’s to dispute
The OP said he would have been “willing to go back and resolve it” if there had been a genuine mistake.
However, he felt there was no need for the customer to have shouted at him or spoken to him in such a disrespectful manner.

We are delivery riders simply doing our jobs. Earning a few dollars does not mean we deserve to be treated like this.
The OP clarified that he returned to McDonald’s, but the new employee had already left.
OP provided feedback to foodpanda
In the same post, the OP shared some screenshots of his feedback to foodpanda regarding the incident.
