This will likely ease the patient’s transfer after they’ve given birth at the hospitals.

Ex-maternity ward nurses will jaga clients

The confinement centre houses over 18 suites served by 80 staff members so mothers are certain to receive the attention and care you need during this vulnerable period.

Clients in the confinement centre will be jaga-ed by ex-maternity ward nurses, each with more than 10 years of experience.

Instead of bland and boring food, clients will be able to enjoy “Michelin-star style” food prepped by a group of doctors, nutritionists, and chefs.

There’s also Javanese jamu wraps at the facility for mothers who want to tone their tummies after giving birth.

Each suite is designed to look like a 5-star resort, even fitted with amenities like 65-inch TVs that mothers can use to catch up on their favourite Netflix series.

Standard package will cost $12,000

That said, the luxurious confinement centre stay isn’t going to be cheap.

According to CNA, a standard package will cost $12,000 and comprises:

• 3-month prenatal programme
• 7-day stay after delivery — right after being discharged from maternity ward
• 3-month postnatal programme.

Clients can also choose to stay for longer periods of 14 days and 30 days, if 7 days are insufficient.
