McDonald’s M’sia Now Has Spicy Kimchi Burgers That Make Crossing The Causeway Worth It

McDonald’s Malaysia Has Kimchi Burgers & Coffee Soft Serve From S$6

McDonald’s Singapore got us excited over the relaunch of their bottled curry sauce and Nasi Lemak burger. But it seems like McDonald’s Malaysia isn’t falling behind too.

Starting today (1 Jun), McDonald’s Malaysia will be bringing back their spicy kimchi burgers, as well as coffee soft serve cone in time for Singaporeans heading over this June school holiday.

They have also released a series of Korean drama trailers to get you in the mood for some Korean burgers. Here’s one:

Spicy kimchi burger now at McDonald’s Malaysia

The star of McDonald’s Malaysia’s new releases is without a doubt its Spicy Korean Burgers. Unlike previous releases, They have now released a new chicken variant, in addition to their beef version.

Regardless of your choice of protein, both come slathered with spicy kimchi sauce that will have you screaming jinjja daebak.

The burgers are also garnished with a generous serving of greens and complete with black charcoal buns that resemble pieces of charcoals fueling the flaming hot sauce.

Regular value meals for these burgers, which include fries and a drink start from just S$5.86 (RM 17.88).

Coffee soft serve for a cold caffeine boost

After having your spicy kimchi burger, head on down to the dessert kiosk for a coffee soft serve cone to extinguish the inferno on your tongues.

Hopefully, this will also give those with a long drive ahead of them a much-needed caffeine boost to avoid dozing off.

We are unable to confirm their prices at the time of writing, but chances are that they will be priced similarly to the Sarsi cones launched in March, at just S$0.85 (RM2.55) per cone.

Must-try for those travelling over during the school holiday

With such mouth-watering offerings, these are must-tries for any Singaporean who’s making the trip over the causeway this school holiday.

Sadly, these are only ‘specific’ to McDonalds Malaysia, and is not available in Singapore, as of now.

Meanwhile, let’s enjoy our Nasi Lemak Burger while we waiting!
