Taiwanese billionaire allegedly spotted on date with young woman
74-year-old Taiwanese billionaire Wang Wen-yang was allegedly spotted on a date recently.
The woman in question is said to be a university student 54 years his junior.
Mr Wang, a businessman, is the eldest son of the late Wang Yung-ching, founder of Formosa Plastics Group and was once named one of the 200 richest people in the world.

Girlfriend is allegedly a 20-year-old university student
The couple was spotted at the food court of a shopping mall in Taipei, according to ETtoday.

Mr Wang and the 20-year-old woman have allegedly been dating for about six months.
Also, the young woman has reportedly had dinner with his family and received a positive response.
When asked about the relationship, Mr Wang told ETtoday through his spokesperson: “We will not comment on this private matter.”
Another female student allegedly had child with businessman
Last year, Mr Wang was reportedly sued by a female university student. She claimed they had a sexual relationship, which resulted in a child.
The woman, surnamed Song, said she received approximately NTD 40 million (S$1.6 million) in child support, but later demanded as much as NTD 1 billion (S$40 million) in damages, leading to a lawsuit.

Song requested a DNA test during the proceedings, but Mr Wang refused, prompting the judge to rule against Song, citing insufficient evidence.
Billionaire has had younger partners in the past
Before Song, Mr Wang was rumoured to have had an affair with Taiwanese host Cai Shanghua (transliterated from Chinese), who was 38 years his junior, Mirror Media reported.
In 1995, when he was a married professor, he reportedly had an extramarital affair with his student.
Having a dispute with his father because of this, Mr Wang left Formosa Plastics Group to start his own business.
After his father died in 2008 at the age of 91, the founder’s children began to dispute over his fortune, with Wang arguing he should be named administrator of his father’s estate, The San Diego Union Tribune reported.
