Today (29 May), Brunei and Vietnam kicked off the SEA Games football calendar. Also today, the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) nabbed several individuals for their involvement in alleged match-fixing. Wait, what? Yep. The CPIB have done it. They have effectively prevented crime. Obviously, somebody in 2 Lengkok Bahru has access to Tom Cruise and his precognitive triplets. There is no information on how many were arrested, but we are told that there is (only?) one Singaporean among the accused, which consists of a multi-national party. Members of the Timor-Leste SEA Games football team are also implicated.
