Singaporean Man Strikes Lottery & Wins Hundreds Of Thousands After Praying At Thai Temple
Many of us seek divine intervention to make our lives better. Sometimes we pray for health, while at other times, we hope to receive good luck.
One Singaporean man who reportedly prayed at a temple in Thailand was the beneficiary of such good fortune, striking lottery multiple times and winning several hundred thousands worth of prize money as a result.
Thanking the celestial beings, the man reportedly returned to the temple and donated ~S$44,000 (1 million baht) to help with restoration works.
Singaporean man strikes lottery after praying at Thai temple
According to China Press, the Singaporean businessman – known as YC – had earlier went to pray at a Buddhist temple in Chai Nat Province, Thailand.
According to a Thai news site, the 48-year-old had lived in Thailand for the past 2 decades and found out about the temple through a friend’s recommendation.
After an undisclosed period of time, YC allegedly struck the lottery multiple times, and won several hundred thousand Singapore dollars.
Donated ~S$44k to temple
On Monday (16 Nov), YC decided to give back to the temple and the powers residing there that had blessed him with extraordinary luck.
To show his gratitude, the man donated ~S$44,000 (1 million baht) to the temple.
The Abbot at the temple reportedly said the funds will be used for restoration works.

Good to be grateful
Not everyone’s wishes come true, despite praying to the higher powers.
