Kind Driver In Singapore Stopped His Car By The Road To Help Uncle In Distress
When we’re not feeling well, simple tasks like travelling home alone can become a struggle.
This was what an uncle in Singapore had to go through recently. He apparently puked and fainted while crossing the road, according to a post on Facebook group 50 Shades of Singapore on Thursday (14 Nov).
Thankfully, a kind driver who saw the incident stopped to help the uncle. Here’s what exactly happened.
Uncle was “intoxicated” on the way home
The post was shared on Facebook by the uncle’s nephew, who claimed that his uncle was believed to be intoxicated when he was on his way home.
He shared that his uncle had difficulties in breathing and eventually fainted while crossing the road.
Kind-hearted driver stopped to help
Upon noticing that this uncle had fainted, a kind-hearted driver stopped his car at the side of the road to help.
The nephew also shared that the driver even went the extra mile to clean up his uncle’s puke and offered him some water — something not many people might not be willing to do for a stranger.
From the photos provided, it looks like the driver may have even called in an ambulance for the uncle.
Nephew thankful for kind driver’s act
In the post, the nephew added that he had been sharing this heartwarming story on several platforms in hopes of reaching out to the kind driver to personally thank him. But, to no avail so far.
He related,
