Man arrested after breaking windshield wipers in Johor
Police arrested a foreign national after he broke multiple windshield wipers at a bus terminal in Johor.
According to WeirdKaya, the incident occurred on Sunday (20 Oct) at around 3.30pm.
Man goes on windshield wiper breaking spree
One bystander captured a video footage of the incident from their vehicle as the man went on his spree.
In the clip, the man can be seen forcefully tearing off the rear windshield wipers of parked vehicles near the Batu Pahat Bus Terminal. After ripping them off, the 25-year-old then discards them on the ground before angrily stomping to the next vehicle.
At one point during his rampage, he pauses to take a look at the cars. After a brief pause, the man continues to tear off the windshield wipers.
As he nears the camera, the man can also be seen sporting a furious expression.
Fortunately, according to Free Malaysia Today, police from the Motorcycle Patrol Unit were able to arrest the man on the day of the incident after the footage went viral online.

After his arrest, police also found a penknife in the man’s backpack.
The Batu Pahat police chief said the man is currently being investigated for vandalism and carrying a dangerous weapon in a public space.
Additionally, police are also investigating him for being in Malaysia without proper travel documents.
It is unclear what the man’s motives were for the vandalism.
