Mother and son found dead inside home in Malaysia
The bodies of a man and his elderly mother were found inside their home in Kedah, Malaysia, on the evening of 23 March.
Suspiciously, the house was locked from the inside, forcing the police to break in.

Authorities received a report from the public regarding the incident at around 6.05pm, said Kuala Muda District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Hanyan Ramlan.
“According to the on-site investigation, the door of the unit where the incident occurred was locked from the inside, and the police had to break down the door to enter,” he added.

Inside, the police found the bodies of a man in his 40s and his mother, who is in her 70s.
They found one of the bodies in the living room, while the other was in the kitchen.
No injuries from sharp weapons were found
Initial examinations found that both bodies had no signs of injury from a sharp weapon.
It is also believed that the mother and son had been dead for more than 48 hours when their bodies were found.
The case is classified as sudden death pending autopsy results.
However, the police have not ruled out the possibility of a crime, Sin Chew Daily reported.
