Robocar Poli Is Korea’s Kid Version Of Transformers
Robocar Poli is low-key gaining popularity with kids in Singapore, as evidenced by Marina Square’s decision to dedicate an entire atrium to bringing the kids’ show to life.
The anthropomorphic Korean police car is recognised by virtually every Korean child –he’s an adorable crime-fighting robot, much like his American counterpart, Bumblebee the Autobot from Transformers.
A sprawling set inspired by Brooms Town from the world of Robocar Poli will be open to the public till 1 Jan 2019.
You’ll get a chance to get up close and personal with Poli, Helly, Amber and Roy this festive season.
Don’t miss the massive 6-metre-tall Christmas tree and look out for the familiar yellow of SchoolB — only everyone’s favourite school bus.
Car-pcakes & heli-cookies
Interactive baking classes have been held to teach parents and children alike on how to transform drab cupcakes into stunning party favours.
We’d imagine that mastering these icing techniques would mean you’ll save a pretty penny on customising that dessert table at your 4-year-old’s Robocar Poli birthday bash.
The last lesson available for sign-ups is 3D chiffon cake tutorials by Susanne Ng this Saturday (22 Dec). For more details, visit Peatix here.
