Haidilao Singapore Now Allows For Online Reservations At 6 Outlets
Haidilao is the go-to hotpot restaurant for many Singaporeans, given its plethora of ingredients, attentive service, and of course, the countless ‘freebies’.
However, it’s popularity also presents a problem for customers — the waiting time can be pretty insane, especially during busy meal hours.
That, my friends, may be a thing of the past.
On Friday (10 Jan), Haidilao Singapore announced its “long-awaited” – ha-ha – online booking system, which allows diners to secure a table without having to wait mindlessly outside the physical outlet.
Haidilao online booking available in 15-minute intervals
As of the time of this article, the online booking service is only available for 6 of the 12 outlets in Singapore,
These are the outlets:
- 313@Somerset
- Century Square
- Clarke Quay
- Paya Lebar Quarter Mall
- Sun Plaza
- The Seletar Mall
Booking timings are available in 15-minute intervals from as early as 10.30am.
We, however, found that almost all the booking timings are before 6pm, so you’ll likely have to queue physically if you’re heading over for dinner.
The Clarke Quay and Century Square branches allow for bookings well past midnight, perfect for those famished after spending the night painting the town red.
Bookings can be made a week prior to the actual Haidilao meal
For most outlets, bookings can be made up to 1 week prior to the meal.
The Clarke Quay and Century Square branches, however, allows for booking a whole month before the actual meal.

In this case, we are glad they have implemented a system which will potentially save customers from the long agonising wait outside the store.
