Starbucks Barista Given Fake Name By Student; Pranks The Young Punk Back

Starbucks Barista Toppled His Frappuccino In Retaliation

Many of us with difficult names to pronounce come up with ‘fake’ monikers out of convenience whenever a Starbucks barista asks for our names.

But a student recently decided to prank a Starbucks barista by asking her to address him by the name “FairPrice”.

The barista on shift was clearly having none of it and decided to teach the young punk a lesson by pranking him in return.

This incident was captured in a short 6-second clip and was uploaded on the All Singapore Stuff Facebook group.

You can watch the video in full here. We also break it down for you after the jump.

Starbucks barista was having none of it

The video begins with a group of students laughing loudly at an unnamed Starbucks outlet.

The students were dressed in school uniforms, which consist of olive bottoms and black canvas shoes.

Out of the blue, a female student sarcastically asked,

What’s my name?

Some might think that this was just a harmless question.

But according to the caption on the All Singapore Stuff post, the student allegedly asked the barista to write down “FairPrice” as his name.

He then requested the barista to shout his name out, presumably to embarrass her.

The group of students certainly did not expect what the barista did next, as she swiftly toppled the lime-green frappucino right in front of their eyes.

Miraculously, the drink remained perfectly intact and not a drip was spilt in the process.
