At least 8 people sustained injuries, including children and parents, and were subsequently transported to a hospital, reported Channel NewsAsia (CNA). None of their injuries were life-threatening.

It remains unclear whether the crash was intentional.
Netizens saddened by accidents involving children
According to CNA, videos of the incident have led to a viral discussion on social media, gathering over 95 million views on the Weibo platform.
Many netizens were distressed over another tragic accident involving children.
One asked how such an incident could occur again.
Another user lamented how so many people have been taking their revenge on society recently.
Another comment said these incidents often trigger a copycat effect, as it only takes one major event for others to emulate.
This year, China has experienced a series of mass casualty incidents, which some experts attribute to rising frustration and despair over the country’s weakening economy and the growing divide in society.
