Taiwanese adult actress offers ‘ang bao’ to catch thieves pirating her content
An adult actress in Taiwan is offering her fans red packets in exchange for catching thieves who are pirating her content online.
Wu Mon-Mon (吴梦梦) declared war on the thieves on Saturday (1 Feb) via a post on her Threads account.

In her Threads post, Wu offered NT$600 (S$25) for screenshots that would help identify the culprits responsible for leaking her content online.
And this is only the base offer. Wu said she would give a ‘fatter’ ang bao for screenshots that contain clearer and more accurate information.

She even provided an example of what she was looking for.
The first screenshot depicts a LINE chat group in which a user shared three of Wu’s videos.
The second screenshot showed the leaker’s name, face, and the company he was working for.
Wu said the offer would be a first-come-first-serve situation as repeated reports will not be rewarded.
The deadline for the ang bao offer ends on 28 Feb.
Frustrated by repeated leaks
China Times reported that Wu had taken legal action in 2020 against individuals who resold her content.
Despite winning the lawsuit, Wu felt that legal proceedings took a lot of time, which prompted her to turn a blind eye for some time.
However, she became agitated by the leaks last October and even launched bounties against those responsible.
