Aloysius Pang’s Funeral Donations & Movie Proceeds Used To Adopt Pangolin Exhibit At Wildlife Reserves
Almost 6 months have passed since the tragic passing of Singapore actor Aloysius Pang.
On Friday, Kenny Pang – Aloysius Pang‘s elder brother – took to Instagram, thanking those who showed care and concern throughout this tough period.
He also shared that the family has decided to donate bai jin – also known as bereavement contributions – along with the younger Pang’s movie paycheck to 2 charities.
Aloysius Pang was fond of animals
According to Kenny, Aloysius was always keen on helping children and had a soft spot for animals.
In view of this, the family donated funeral contributions, and his pay from the re-screening of ‘Young & Fabulous’ – a movie he starred in – to 2 charities that support his cause.

The first donation was made earlier this year to Club Rainbow, which provides “compassionate service to children with chronic illnesses”.
The second donation was made on Monday (1 Jul) to Wildlife Reserves Singapore to adopt the Pangolin Exhibit at the Night Safari in loving memory of Aloysius.
May his legacy live on
We love that Aloysius Pang’s family made touching donations towards causes that he supported. We’re sure that Aloysius will be proud of the decision.
While he may no longer be with us anymore, his legacy will certainly live on through his contributions towards these charities. You can also stop by the Pangolin exhibit at Wildlife Reserves Singapore on your next outing, to remember him.
