Recently, Miniso announced that it will be releasing a collection of adorable Marvel merch on 5 Jul that will be available exclusively at its VivoCity and Waterway Point outlets.

On the day of release, snaking queues were seen at Miniso outlets in both malls that instantly remind us of the Hello Kitty frenzy back in 2000.

The products were released at 11am, but queues have already formed outside the stores before that.

Even after they got into the store, customers had to queue up to pay for their purchases.
Some fans even dressed up as their favourite superheroes.

Customers limited to 3 of each product
At the time of writing, the queue – at least for the VivoCity outlet – has subsided considerably. Staff on site are also handing out queue numbers to those interested in visiting the store.
