Pizza Hut Canada unveils PS5 attachment that keeps pizzas warm during gaming sessions
Pizza Hut Canada is tackling an age-old problem that has plagued hungry gamers for decades with an attachment for the Sony PlayStation 5 (PS5).
The attachment, called the “PIZZAWRMR”, will keep pizzas warm during an intense gaming session.

This means no more cold pizzas if a delivery comes in just as a game starts — unless you’re into that sort of thing.
3D-printing schematics completely free on website
Pizza Hut won’t be charging for the novel attachment for the Sony console. Instead, it’s offering the 3D-printing schematic for free.
The only catch is that you’ll need to provide your name and email, as well as agree to their terms and conditions.
Additionally, it seems that you’ll need a fairly powerful printer.
According to Tom’s Hardware, the download includes files for the body, left stand, lid, manifold, and suitable stand.

While the design seems simple enough, it’s specifically made for the console that “has rear ventilation measuring 11.7 x 1.31 inches”. This size requirement rules out many smaller printers.
You’ll also need an aluminium tray inside the attachment, unless you enjoy crumbs and grease all over your PS5.

After all that hard work, you’ll have an attachment that uses the heat from your powerful console to warm a few delicious slices of tomato pie.
It’s even designed to remind you of the pizza restaurant’s iconic roof.
Not the first fast food-inspired gamer tech
The PIZZAWRMR isn’t the first of its kind.
Although it was never released, KFC apparently once had a similar idea cooking.
In December 2020, the fried chicken chain announced a partnership with Cooler Master to create the “KFConsole”.

Like the PIZZAWRMR, the KFConsole was designed to use the heat generated from its use to warm fast food.
However, unlike the PIZZAWRMR, the KFConsole featured a built-in tray specifically for fried chicken.
According to the website, it even enlisted the expertise of Swedish custom PC case modder Tim Malmborg.
Sadly, the fried chicken-inspired console has yet to reach gamers’ hands.
