Stuff’d Gives Needy Children Under 14 Free Food At Pasir Ris, Jurong & Bugis Junction Outlets

Stuff’d Gives Needy Kids Free Food At 4 Outlets Around Singapore

No child should go hungry indeed. Mexican-Turkish food chain Stuff’d announced in Apr 2019 that they were going to give free food to needy children below the age of 14. This initiative, however, applied only to their Northpoint outlet.

Last Thursday (29 Aug), they said that they will be expanding the initiatives to other outlets as well — to the east with White Sands Mall, to the west with Jurong Point, and to central with Bugis Junction.

The current plan is to have the initiatives at high-volume outlets and then to “learn as (they) go”. So there’s no saying if or when the initiative will be brought to all Stuff’d outlets.

According to the franchise’s founder Adrian, he often had to go hungry when he was young because the family couldn’t afford food. Often, he had to drink tap water to suppress his hunger. This is why he now empathises with the less fortunate children and wishes to do all he can to help them.

Applying for your child

The process is very simple. You can either send them a direct message on Instagram or through email at customercare@stuffed.com.sg.

They will ask a few short questions about the child and if all goes well, they will send a card that allows the child to claim free food every day from any of those 4 outlets.

The current outlets where this initiative is in place are:

  • Northpoint Shopping Centre #B1-43, 930 Yishun Avenue 2, 769098
  • White Sands #B1-K02, 1 Pasir Ris Central Street 3, 518457
  • Jurong Point #01-43/44, 1 Jurong West Central 2, 648886
  • Bugis Junction #B1-K07, 200 Victoria Street, 188021

The outlets’ usual opening hours are 10.30am to 9.45pm daily.

Stuff’d also remind everyone to not abuse this initiative — only apply if you have or know a child who really needs the food.

Kudos to Stuff’d for doing good.
