Chicken evades Choa Chu Kang SAFRA McDonald’s employees in ‘fast food’ chase
A chicken ran loose in the McDonald’s outlet in Choa Chu Kang SAFRA as employees tried to catch it.
Instagram page @sgfollowsall posted a video of the ‘chase’ on Tuesday (22 Oct) although it’s unclear when the incident happened.
Inside the fast food outlet, an unusually fresh chicken strutted around.
The McDonald’s employees attempted to catch it with their hands but the chicken proved too evasive for them to handle.
It picked up speed and dashed out of tight corners with great agility.
At one point, an especially dedicated staff member appeared to have cut it off at the payment counter.
However, the white bird slipped out of grasp once again.
Shortly after, the employees managed to corner the chicken. When it tried to escape, the chicken managed to get around the first person but was stopped by the second.
The staff member in black then picked the chicken up and escorted it out of the premises.
McDonald’s declined to comment on the incident when contacted by MS News.
Commenters joked that chicken was looking for its friends
Netizens cracked jokes over the funny sight.
One joked that the chicken was literally ‘fast food’.
Another humorously called the chicken a McCrispy before it had been fried.
A third commenter claimed the bird was trying to look for his fellow feathered friends in McDonald’s.
