1 injured after motorcycle & turning car collide in Maxwell
A crash occurred in Maxwell after a car making a right turn hit a motorcycle.
The incident occurred at a T-junction between Maxwell Road and Peck Seah Street, on 7 Dec at around 1.02pm.
A video showed a motorcyclist riding straight along Maxwell Road.

On its right, a large truck had stopped at the junction though there were no traffic lights.
Suddenly, a car blocked from view by the truck made a right turn onto Peck Seah Street.
It collided with the motorcycle, causing metal debris to scatter onto the road.
The impact knocked the rider off the bike and sent him rolling onto the road.

However, the rider recovered quickly into a squat, gesturing angrily at the silver car.

The rider then got up and limped towards the car, where the driver alighted.

She pointed at the stationary truck and the two of them argued, presumably over who was at fault.
SCDF conveys 1 injured to the hospital
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said they were alerted to the accident at around 1.10pm.
A 36-year-old male motorcyclist was conveyed conscious to the Singapore General Hospital.
The Singapore Police Force (SPF) also confirmed the accident to MS News. A 33-year-old female car driver is currently assisting with police investigations.
Most netizens agreed that the motorcycle had the right of way at such a junction.

A user claimed to have gotten into an accident at the same junction.
They said drivers wanting to turn frequently got impatient as there were no traffic lights and they had to wait until there was no oncoming traffic.
They concluded that the fault lies with the car driver.

However, a few also felt that the motorcycle should have been more careful in such a situation and blamed both to some degree.
