Missing Man Allegedly Has Mental Capacity Of A 5-Year-Old

We can imagine this is a similar situation faced by the parents of Mr Al-Frinzzi Edzeddin Shah, who has gone missing since Wednesday (3 Jul).
Facebook page Reunite Missing Children posted news of Al-Frinzzi’s disappearance on Thursday (4 Jul), urging the public to help look out for him.
Missing man has special needs
According to the Facebook post, 23-year-old Al-Frinzzi has a special needs condition called “Global Developmental Delay”.
This condition describes a child who takes a longer time to reach certain development milestones than other children their age.
These milestones could be:
- Walking & talking
- Movement skills
- Learning new things
- Interacting with others, socially & emotionally
In this case, Al-Frinzzi was described as a man with a mental capacity of a 5-year-old in the post.
Last seen in Pasir Ris
Al-Frinzzi was allegedly last seen at Block 603, Pasir Ris Drive 3.
He was wearing and carrying the following:
- Brown graphic T-shirt
- Blue checkered pants
- Black sandals with blue straps
- Red water bottle
Please approach him nicely
The post also noted that Al-Frinzzi has anxiety issues of late, and his parents are worried about him.
