All Daiso Outlets To Remain Closed During ‘Circuit Breaker’ Period

5 Daiso Outlets Will Remain Close, Including Plaza Singapura & IMM Branches

They apologised for their earlier notice stating that some stores will remain open during the ‘Circuit Breaker’ period.

As the enhanced ‘Circuit Breaker’ measures kick in, many Singaporeans might bemoan the fact they can no longer visit their favourite ‘non-essential‘ shops at the mall.

Daiso, Singaporeans’ go-to store for household items, was among those that initially had to close.

However, Daiso fans can now rejoice.

According to their update, the 5 outlets that will remain open during this period are:

  • IMM
  • Plaza Singapura
  • Square 2 (Novena)
  • Tiong Bahru Plaza
  • Waterway Point.

They will open from 10am-7pm daily.

For safety reasons, customers are advised to put on masks when visiting the stores.

They should also adhere to safe distancing measures and observe good personal hygiene.

Only head out to buy what u need

Although this is great news for customers, we hope that they do not see this as a chance to meet up and hang out.

This could potentially thwart the government’s efforts to contain the outbreak and may cause the ‘Circuit Breaker’ social distancing window to be extended.

If there’s an essential item that you need urgently, go ahead and buy it. Otherwise, stay home and stay safe.
