Causeway Link Has Woodlands-JB Shuttle Buses Available At Short Intervals
Weekend road trips to Malaysia are a reality again now that the land borders have reopened. If you’re looking for a fast and convenient way to cross the Causeway, here’s some good news for you.
Public bus company Causeway Link has launched their Woodlands Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine (CIQ)-Johor Bahru (JB) shuttle bus service. The bus service runs daily from 6.30am to 10.30pm in Singapore, with 15-minute intervals in between.
Here’s what you need to know if you’re eager to make the trip soon.
Causeway Link launches Woodlands-JB shuttle buses
From today (1 Apr), Causeway Link is launching their Johor Bahru-Woodlands CIQ shuttle buses for convenient trips between Singapore and Malaysia.
The bus rides will have 15-minute intervals based on customs clearance conditions and traffic.
Interested passengers should note that the bus service only accepts cash. As such, commuters are advised to prepare the exact fare prior to boarding.
Here are the rates for the bus rides:
- Boarding from Singapore – S$2
- Boarding from Malaysia – S$0.64 (RM2)
You should also take note of the schedule of the first bus and last bus at Woodlands Checkpoint and Bangunan Sultan Iskandar CIQ respectively.
According to Causeway Link, the first bus from Woodlands Checkpoint CIQ starts at 6.30am while the last bus is at 10.30pm.

- First bus – 6.30am
- Last bus – 10.30pm
