Customer allegedly receives undercooked chicken and missing figurines from KFC delivery order

A KFC customer took to social media to express his frustration after allegedly receiving an undercooked piece of chicken and finding his delivery order missing the “Huat Paws” figurines, despite paying for them.

The dissatisfied customer shared his experience on the Complaint Singapore Facebook page on 22 Jan.

Customer says favourite fried chicken chain had ‘deteriorated’

In the post, the Original Poster (OP) shared a photo of one piece of fried chicken.

The chicken appeared to be missing its signature crispy skin and was covered with what the customer described as “raw flour”.

The OP also shared the receipt of his delivery order, showing that he had ordered the “KFC Huat Paws” set, which was advertised for S$34.

He claimed that his delivery was missing the figurines entirely.

“Sad to see what was my favourite fried chicken chain deteriorate to this extent,” he wrote in his post.

Netizens sympathise with customer’s disappointment

In the comments, netizens commiserated with the OP’s disappointment.

Some speculated that the chicken might have been burnt and had its skin removed, but the OP quickly clarified that the issue was with the raw “flour” coating, which he allegedly could taste.

One netizen described the chicken as “miserable” and suggested that the OP could opt to air-fry chicken himself.
